Trinity Cleantech manufactures distribution transformers, power transformers, wind generation transformers, solar/inverter duty transformers, and special purpose transformers for industrial, utility, and renewable energy applications across India. All are BIS Aligned and manufactured at the 20+ acre ISO-certified facility in Jadcherla, Telangana.
A packaged substation (PSS) integrates an HT panel with Ring Main Unit or Vacuum Circuit Breaker, a distribution transformer, and an LT panel with feeder circuits into a single compact factory-assembled enclosure — designed for rapid installation and reliable power distribution. Trinity Cleantech manufactures PSS units from 100 kVA to 2.5 MVA and skid-mounted substations up to 5 MVA, compliant with IEC 62271-202.
Bioethanol-based off-grid EV charging uses renewable bioethanol fuel to generate electricity onboard — enabling fast EV charging without any grid connection. Trinity Cleantech manufactures the me Energy Rapid Charger 150, a 150 kW off-grid EV fast charger with 4 MWh onboard storage, delivering 250 km of range in 15 minutes. Trinity Cleantech acquired me Energy and now owns the technology and production.
Trinity Cleantech offers grid-connected AC EV chargers from 3.3 kW to 80 kW and DC fast chargers from 3 kW to 240 kW, all NABL and ARAI certified. The company has deployed 1,000+ chargers across 250+ stations in 18+ states across India. Trinity also manufactures the me Energy Rapid Charger 150 — a 150 kW bioethanol-powered off-grid EV fast charger for fleet depots, remote highways, and emergency backup applications.
