Our manufacturing facility is situated in the Green Industrial Area of Telangana, near Jadcherla, around 70 Kms from Hyderabad City on the Hyderabad-Bangalore Highway, spread over an area of approx 20 acres. This unit houses a unique plant to make the Low Loss Amorphous Metal Distribution Transformers under technology arrangement with Hitachi Metglas, USA & in addition has a facility to manufacture conventional CRGO core transformers.
Our manufacturing facility has a built – in State – of – the – art, high end Tank fabrication plant, employing advanced machines like 3-axis Robotic welding systems, CNC Turret punch (AMADA, Japan), CNC Press Break (AMADA, Japan), CNC pipe bending machine, Gantry mounted Plasma gas cutting machine, Conveyorized airless continuous shot blasting system, Conveyorized powder coating plant & down-draft spray painting booth with pre-heating & curing oven..etc, to name a few.
This automated and highly mechanized in-house tank fabrication line can produce around 200 tanks of average capacity of 63 KVA per day and around 60 PTR Tanks per month of impeccable quality.
Fabrication products such as SCADA panels, Clamps, Line Hardware items etc., can also be manufactured in this plant in bulk quantities.
